NACCAP Announces Andy Wright as Director of Research & Data Analytics

The North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals (NACCAP) is pleased to announce Andy Wright as its new Director of Research & Data Analytics. In this role, Wright will lead NACCAP’s efforts to collect, analyze and interpret data that informs strategic decisions and enhances programs and services for its members.

Andy Wright brings more than a decade of leadership experience across four university campuses and collaborations with strategic partners. His career has been dedicated to translating data into actionable insights that support institutional growth and innovation. Skilled in leveraging tools for visualization and reporting, conducting research studies and communicating results, Wright is well-positioned to advance NACCAP’s data-driven projects and membership initiatives.

“Christian education has profoundly shaped me—intellectually, morally and professionally,” said Wright. “As faith-based institutions navigate an increasingly complex environment, NACCAP stands out for its unique perspective and trusted leadership in the field. I am delighted to join a talented team that understands the present moment and is dedicated to equipping its members for a thriving future.”

As NACCAP’s Director of Research & Data Analytics, Wright will manage research initiatives, conduct statistical analyses and develop strategies that foster growth and innovation within Christian higher education. His work will support members by creating actionable insights to inform strategic planning and institutional development.

It is an historic day for NACCAP.”

Wright holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Olivet Nazarene University and an executive leadership certificate from Cornell University. His professional background includes key leadership roles at Warner Pacific University, Concordia University-Portland and Eastern Nazarene College, where he consistently delivered results in enrollment growth, strategic planning and partnership development.

In its 55th year, NACCAP serves nearly 400 member institutions, including K-12, undergraduate, graduate, seminary and degree completion programs, as well as associate members from around the world. More than 2,500 professional staff are served as NACCAP continues its mission of serving and engaging its members by providing vital professional development and initiatives that champion the cause for Christian education. NACCAP institutions collectively enroll more than 400,000 students across K-12 and higher education levels.
